On the first floor with 20 stairs in a small residential building that faces a small quiet semi-closed lane used. The front door leads into a small hall way where there are two apartment front doors leading to separate apartments. Living room area has a sofa bed, table and chairs with a small open kitchenette. There are high ceilings. A flexible partitioning divides the living room area from the bedroom where there are two twin beds with full spring mattresses, closet and a lovely closed sun balcony also with white garden furniture. The bathroom has a stand up shower and toilet. All windows have original metal shutters and doubled glazed glass. Air-conditioning / heating . TV with cable vision. Linen towels supplied. |
